As Euro-Link Ltd specialise mainly in Professional Lettings, Needac.com have taken over their Students portfolio in order to provide an even more comprehensive service to prospective and current students at better rates. Over the last 5 Years the portfolio has grown to one of the largest in Reading, compared with any other Lettings Agencies and has allowed Students to choose from a larger range and better quality of accommodation than ever before.

Our services are not only restricted to Tenants. By having a dedicated Student Team in place we also can offer our Landlords a flexible and professional service rarely offered by other agents. One which can be tailored around the needs of each of our clients to ensure that their property requirements are met to the best possible degree.

Our team has been selected to ensure that they are always aware on the movements in the Students sector along with all the relevant legislation that will apply to our clients. During the months of December to July they will actively be involved in finding tenants, finding properties and securing the best possible deals for both parties. After this period the management will be handled by Euro-Link Ltd or the Landlords (subject to terms of the contract).
