We are currently offering all new and existing landlords in the Reading University Area who currently let their properties out to students our lowest ever rates.
Due to the overwhelming demand for quality accommodation we are in need of more properties in the University area and offer all landlords who register their properties for the 2009/2010/2011 academic years before February 2010 to take advantage of these rates.

· Offer open for landlords registering properties TO LET in 2009/2010/2011 academic years for student properties. Professional lets will not be valid under this offer however please ask our staff for special offers available
· Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer apart from Landlord referral scheme
· Prices/Fees based on property being registered ‘TO LET’ on a sole agency basis only
· Offers only open to the legal owner of the property or their legally instructed representative
· Prices/Fees are subject to VAT and do not include any further Contract / Inventory or Check in / Out costs. These can be chosen at a later date and will be charged accordingly – see landlords letting guide or ask our lettings team
· Landlords will hold deposits taken for any tenancies in valid and authorised deposit protection schemes – should you not have one our lettings team can advise you accordingly
